        "resumen" => "<p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">La relaci&#243;n m&#233;dico-paciente se ha ido transformando decisivamente durante las &#250;ltimas d&#233;cadas&#44; lo que refleja en nuestro &#225;mbito la evoluci&#243;n de las relaciones sociales y el auge de los derechos individuales en nuestra sociedad&#46; En este art&#237;culo se revisa sucintamente c&#243;mo se plasma dicho cambio en el marco legal y social&#44; c&#243;mo afecta a la relaci&#243;n profesional-paciente&#44; y c&#243;mo los servicios sanitarios deben adaptarse a esta realidad&#44; qu&#233; cambios son previsibles&#47;deseables y c&#243;mo lo est&#225;n haciendo&#46;</p><p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">El paciente ha cambiado su papel en la asistencia&#44; y para que su nuevo rol se desarrolle&#44; el modelo de servicio ha de cambiar&#44; y requiere una garant&#237;a de la calidad de la informaci&#243;n a la que se accede &#8211;disponible en diferentes formatos y fuentes&#8211;&#44; as&#237; como un cambio de las actitudes y aptitudes de profesionales sanitarios y pacientes&#46;</p><p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">La elaboraci&#243;n de sistemas de informaci&#243;n homog&#233;neos en el conjunto del Sistema Nacional de Salud de un m&#237;nimo de indicadores y resultados comunes&#44; en funci&#243;n de las diferentes l&#237;neas de servicio en aspectos de resultados clave&#44; resultados de procesos y medidas de percepci&#243;n&#44; as&#237; como su difusi&#243;n y an&#225;lisis&#44; representa una necesidad acuciante en este momento&#44; no s&#243;lo como herramienta de comparaci&#243;n&#44; sino para identificar y difundir las mejores pr&#225;cticas&#46;</p>"

        "resumen" => "<p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">La relaci&#243;n m&#233;dico-paciente se ha ido transformando decisivamente durante las &#250;ltimas d&#233;cadas&#44; lo que refleja en nuestro &#225;mbito la evoluci&#243;n de las relaciones sociales y el auge de los derechos individuales en nuestra sociedad&#46; En este art&#237;culo se revisa sucintamente c&#243;mo se plasma dicho cambio en el marco legal y social&#44; c&#243;mo afecta a la relaci&#243;n profesional-paciente&#44; y c&#243;mo los servicios sanitarios deben adaptarse a esta realidad&#44; qu&#233; cambios son previsibles&#47;deseables y c&#243;mo lo est&#225;n haciendo&#46;</p><p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">El paciente ha cambiado su papel en la asistencia&#44; y para que su nuevo rol se desarrolle&#44; el modelo de servicio ha de cambiar&#44; y requiere una garant&#237;a de la calidad de la informaci&#243;n a la que se accede &#8211;disponible en diferentes formatos y fuentes&#8211;&#44; as&#237; como un cambio de las actitudes y aptitudes de profesionales sanitarios y pacientes&#46;</p><p class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">La elaboraci&#243;n de sistemas de informaci&#243;n homog&#233;neos en el conjunto del Sistema Nacional de Salud de un m&#237;nimo de indicadores y resultados comunes&#44; en funci&#243;n de las diferentes l&#237;neas de servicio en aspectos de resultados clave&#44; resultados de procesos y medidas de percepci&#243;n&#44; as&#237; como su difusi&#243;n y an&#225;lisis&#44; representa una necesidad acuciante en este momento&#44; no s&#243;lo como herramienta de comparaci&#243;n&#44; sino para identificar y difundir las mejores pr&#225;cticas&#46;</p>"
